SASQUALAH (9) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second when resuming last start over 5½f at Warrnambool. Has the class to take care of this field. SNIPPETY LEGEND (1) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Geelong, beaten 2.75 lengths into eighth after being in the firing line on the corner. Likely improver with strong prospects. VALETUDO (10) registered her first win last start over 5½f at Benalla, getting home by one length. This is tougher but she cannot be underestimated. LADY DUMONT (12) has been in the market at her last couple of starts since resuming but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing sixth over 6f at Kyneton. Expecting improvement.
