NOBLE CONQUEROR (8) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 2.5 lengths into fifth over 6½f at Sandown-Hillside. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish. STEEL JIMMY (4) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 2 lengths when fourth in a 7f contest at this track two weeks ago after being prominent at the turn. Nicely placed to take this out. ALL SO CLEAR (5) is closing in on a win after two consecutive placings, the latest a second over 1m at this track. Form at this track is solid. One of the main contenders. ERSA (9) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 7f at this track, beaten only 0.8 lengths. Has her share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
