LISPECTOR (4) built on a nice third when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Launceston with success over 6f at Launceston four weeks ago, getting home by 1.75 lengths. Has her share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. GEEGEES CITY BOY (2) came from well back on the bend and hit the line strongly to score over 5¾f at this track last time out. Kelvin Sanderson who has two wins when partnering stays on. Should be in the finish. TURK BOY (1) resumed over 6f at Hobart last start and was too good for his rivals, scoring by half a length. GEEGEES MISTY (6) finished sixth over 6f at Hobart at her most recent appearance on July 28. Has switched to the Leon Wells yard. One to consider.
