ELEGANTLY WRITTEN (8) was a determined winner two runs back then raced on the speed last time before finishing third over 1m at Hobart. Will find this easier. Sure to go well. ROYAL AND TOUGH (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he was always well out of his ground over 7f at Longford, beaten 5 lengths into fourth. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. ALPINE BLAST (2) is yet to fill a placing in two runs since resuming from a lay-off, the latest when 11th over 5¾f at this track. GEE GEE CAN WIN (4) drifted well back last start before storming home to score by a nose over 7f at Longford. Can figure in the finish.
