EVERY LITTLE THING (11) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 10 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when 12th over 6f at Kyneton, beaten 6 lengths. This doesn't look as hard so she is one of the main contenders. LYGON STREET LUIGI (1) showed good early muster and fought on to finish third last start over 7f32yards at Geelong. Will be up on the speed from the low draw. Has the ability to figure prominently. HOT CHILLI MAMA (14) ran fourth at her latest appearance over 6½f at Stawell, finishing 4. 5 lengths from the winner. Should be involved in the finish. MORDIALLOC BEACH (9) was a long way back last start but hit the line well to finish fourth, beaten one length, over 6f at Mornington. Was outdashed but got going late and looks suited by the extra ground. Sound each-way chance.
