SECOND SUN (8) stuck on well to finish second last start over 1m1/4f at Ipswich, beaten half a length. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. BOW TIE AFFAIR (2) was safely held when eighth last start over 1m1/4f at Ipswich, beaten 4 lengths. That followed a good win on debut at Ipswich. Will enjoy a drop in class so he can recapture winning form. RUMBLING AWAY (7) accounted for a maiden field over 1m at Sunshine Coast Poly last start, finishing a neck ahead of the nearest rival. Harder this time but still one to consider. FORT DENISON (3) proved too strong two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when second over 1m2f at Toowoomba, beaten 6 lengths. Worth another chance.
