LOU LOU'S CHOICE (7) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 5½f at Werribee after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. FALL OF ROME (1) was highly fancied when he resumed two-and-a-half weeks ago over 5f at Moe and was only beaten 1.75 lengths into fourth after being in contention on the bend. Strips fitter and can find winning ways. RAH RAH RASPUTIN (3) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when he was beaten 3 lengths into sixth over 5f at Cranbourne. Strips fitter and can take this out. PER SEMPRE (8) finished third last time over 5f at Moe, beaten 1.5 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Capable of another bold effort.
