BRONTE BEACH (2) opened this campaign last start with a third, beaten 2 lengths, over 7f at Pakenham. Perfectly placed to score. CHOCOLATE BOX (3) was heavily backed and justified the support when resuming last start over 6f at Pakenham, scoring by a head. Will be better for that latest run and this looks well within her grasp. PRINCESS MESS (5) made it two wins on the bounce last time out when she scored by 1. 75 lengths over 6½f at Stawell. Finds a tougher race but another big run will not surprise. CAPRICORN STAR (1) hit the frame when resuming two runs back at Ballarat but couldn't back it up last start when sixth, beaten 6 lengths, over 6f at Sandown-Lakeside. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time.
