Open to plenty of improvement and is among the winning hopes again. NEW YORK SCANDAL (15) finds it hard to win with just one success from 18 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fifth over 6f at Pakenham, beaten 4 lengths. Hard to beat in this suitable race. Group 3 placegetter TICK TOCK BOOM (17) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fifth at Cranbourne over 6½f. In the right race and should be about the money.
