Race Tip

NATIVE BEE (4) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a nose from the winner in second over 7f127yards at Gladstone. Meeting a deeper field this time but he deserves plenty of thought. BIKER (2) returned from a lay-off four weeks ago when he was beaten 6 lengths into fifth over 7¾f at Mackay. Strips fitter and can figure in the finish. FLYBALL (8) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing second and beaten only 1.4 lengths over 1m at Emerald after being in contention on the bend. Finds a tougher race but a big run is on the cards. PEAKING TOM (3) was a winner over 7f at this track last time out, dropping out early before coming home with a powerful run to score by one length. Can figure in the finish.
