RICE PADDY (2) turned in a moderate effort on debut last start when fourth at Del Mar (Turf) over 5f, beaten 4 lengths. Plenty of scope for improvement and worth following up. READY TO DARE (4) is yet to break through in three runs. Finished sixth at her last appearance over 6½f at Santa Anita (Turf) on October 20. Finds a suitable assignment this time and is a great chance to break through. OVETA'S HOBBY (6) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6½f at Santa Anita, beaten 8 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Beautifully placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. ROBIN WITH A WHY (1) is a two-year-old filly on debut from the stable of P G Aguirre. By Bucchero from Mira Mira. Worth watching for a betting push.
