PRINCESS TINA (12) finished 3.5 lengths from the winner in fifth last start after being in the firing line on the turn over 1m2 1/2f at Hobart, an improvement on her ninth at this track the run before. Nicely placed to take this out. SAXON MIST (13) was sent out at long odds last time but ran above expectations to finish third, beaten only 0.7 lengths, over 1m at this track. Anthony Darmanin who has scored on her two times retains the mount. Leading contender. PENNINE (4) was a most impressive winner last time over 1m2 1/2f at Hobart, scoring by 3.5 lengths. Is in solid form this time in work, scoring two times and placing on three occasions from 10 starts. Should be involved in the finish. CONUMDRUM (1) registered a strong win two runs ago then turned in a decent effort last time out when second over 1m2 1/2f at this track, beaten a long neck. Worth plenty of thought.
