INNOCENT ENUFF (5) finished sixth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 5½f at Stony Creek, beaten 2.25 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Nicely placed to find winning ways. IMPS (2) improved last time out, finishing 2 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 5f136yards at this track after being in contention on the corner. Looks well placed so expect another big run. ILIAD (4) returned from a lay-off last start with a strong win by a neck over 5½f at Ballarat. Fitter for that last hitout and must be respected. THARGOMINDAH (3) is back from a lay-off of four months. Won on debut at the only appearance last prep, scoring in a 5f contest at Dunkeld by a head. Capable of playing a big role.
