Should be further improved on a trial win at Toowoomba Inner Track and can get off the mark here fresh. ASTIN LANE (6) wasted no time getting off the mark as favourite on debut over 4f at this track a month ago. Sure to improve and can make it back-to-back wins. PALEFACE RINGO (1) went forward and proved too strong last time, scoring with 1.5 lengths to spare over 5f at Toowoomba. Sure to give a great sight. ACCELAR (5) resumes from a lay-off of five months. Could only manage to finish fifth at the latest run over 5f in the LR Calaway Gal Plate (C E McDougall Stakes) at Eagle Farm. Has trialled well leading into this. Can kick off with a bold showing.
