Race Tip

SQUANDER (15) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing second and beaten only a long neck over 1m3f at Ararat. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. REBADGE (1) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't feature last start when 4. 5 lengths away in eighth over 1m2f at Pakenham. Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. DANZAGRUNT (4) pushed forward from a wide draw last time and sat just off the lead, eventually drawing away to score by a nose over 1m1 1f at Tatura. Will give a sight again. HOLLY'S STAR (5) has been freshened since finishing seventh over 2m at Echuca. Fitness level should be good following a subsequent Bendigo trial. Cannot be left out.
