RING MY BELL (14) hit the frame two starts ago at Scone but ran below par last time when 12th and beaten 8 lengths over 5½f at Dubbo after being prominent at the turn. Nicely placed to bounce back. FIRE 'N' STONE (1) has not appeared since she finished seventh over 6½f at Newcastle on January 31. Is lightly raced and looks forward enough after a solid recent trial. Sure to prove tough to stop. TRUCE (12) settled well back and never threatened when tenth over 5½f at Hawkesbury last time out. Has the talent to figure prominently. CITY GOLD SPEED (7) stuck on well last start to finish second over 6f67yards at Taree after showing good early speed. Likely improver with winning claims.
