FIELD OF MARS (2) is yet to break through after 15 starts. Placed in a then last time out was fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths, over 6f at Toowoomba. Backmarker who gets home hard. Shapes well and is among the main hopes. KOBE ASCOT (8) backs up six days after racing on the speed and fading to finish seventh over 5f at Toowoomba. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time.
