Group 3 winner KRAKARIB (1) is a three-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Adam Campton stable. Finished off last campaign with a ninth at Flemington five-and-a-half months ago. Will strip fitter for a trial win and looks well placed. Expected to go close. ISLAND TIDE (9) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Sunshine Coast Poly, beaten 3.5 lengths after being prominent at the turn. Perfectly placed and is sure to find some form. TISANI EMPEROR (14) ran well despite being friendless in betting when resuming last time over 4f76yards at Toowoomba, finishing second and beaten a head at 25/1. Must be a chance based on that latest effort. ARABIAN FOX (13) was beaten 5.5 lengths into ninth over 5f at Goondiwindi at her latest appearance. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
