Race Tip

CASPERNOVA (1) had been racing well with two consecutive placings before last start managing only fifth over 6½f at Gold Coast. Has found the frame at all four visits to this track, including a win. Among the leading chances. ANARITA (13) fought on for second last start over 6f at Sunshine Coast when she worked home in great style, making it two minor placings in a row. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is good enough to take this out. CODE IN TIME (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Eagle Farm, beaten 2. 25 lengths into eighth after being in the firing line on the turn. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. TORO STRIKE (11) hasn't been far away lately, beaten 0. 9 lengths at his most recent appearance when fourth over 6¾f at this track. Blinkers added so worth plenty of thought.
