HOWLIN' RAIN (4) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid second at Pakenham over 1m2f. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. CLYDEBANK ROBBER (2) travelled in a rearwards position then made some inroads and finished 12 lengths away in seventh last time out over 1m2f at Pakenham two weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Solid winning chance. PLASTIC DREAMS (7) finished half a length from the winner in second on debut last start over 1m2f at Balnarring. Sure to take a lot from that hitout so he can feature again. CHELMSFORD (1) gave away a considerable start over 1m2 1/2f at Horsham last time before hitting the line well to finish fourth. Should prove tough to hold out.
