RING AHOY (7) finished 10 lengths adrift in 12th last time at Rosehill in a disappointing performance. Has the talent to take care of this field. BELIEVE SO (6) hasn't been far away recently including last time out when third over 1m at Tamworth. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Best form puts him right in this. MACLEAY (4) wound up nicely last time over 1m at Tamworth to finish fourth. Expected to measure up over this journey and is among the winning hopes. POINT COUNTERPOINT (3) showed good early dash and led for much of the way before weakening out of it when 9 lengths away in tenth over 1m2f at Rosehill. Has a great record at this journey with two wins from four starts and has solid claims.
