EVIL LOVER (11) ran below expectations last time at Werribee, finishing fifth and beaten 1.5 lengths starting at 11/2. Nicely placed to turn things around. CAPITALEX (5) has recorded four minor placings from six runs this campaign. Turned in another good effort at his most recent run when second over 5½f at Caulfield Heath after he was in the firing line all the way. Beautifully placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. MINI ANGEL (12) raced once in the maiden campaign when seventh at Warrnambool over 5f back on September 12. Improver who can feature in the finish. NIETZSCHE (4) resumes from a lay-off of eight months. Could only manage to finish eighth at the latest run over 6f at Sandown-Lakeside. Has ability so don't underestimate.
