SMILING PROPHET (6) lines up for the first time since January 24. Looking to emulate her win at Muswellbrook at the beginning of last prep. Rates highly and is likely to be prominent. LIKE A SURGEON (8) wasted no time getting off the mark on debut over 4½f at Newcastle five months ago and has not been produced since. Has since been kept ticking over with a Wyong trial win. Will come on following that run and looks tough to hold out again. BODE AKUNA (2) finished tenth when resuming two runs back then progressed nicely last time out to score by 0. 7 lengths over 5f at Canberra when he came from a long way back on straightening. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is up to the challenge. WELCOME GYPSY (4) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at Randwick Kensington, beaten 4. 5 lengths into seventh. No surprise to see her in the mix.
