GAMP (4) was well in the market last time and made it two minor placings from as many runs this prep when 0. 9 lengths away in third over 5½f at Gosford. Overdue and gets her chance to break through. SORENTINA (8) faced the starter for the first time and finished fourth last start at Canberra over 5f, beaten 3 lengths. Much better for that run and can get off the mark this time. WEEKEND MARKET (10) finished second, beaten 2 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at this track. Stepping up a level this time but she is one of the chief contenders. ASK DI (3) has not raced since her debut back on October 9 when she finished eighth over 5f at Hawkesbury. Will take a lot from that last run and is worth following up.
