ROYAL BOMBADIER (1) showed good early dash and led for most of the way before fading to finish 2 lengths away in fourth over 5f at Kembla Grange. Will take catching again. SPARKINGLY (3) finished fourth two runs back then did well last start when he worked home well but found one better over 4½f at Muswellbrook, beaten only 2 lengths. Looks well placed so expect another big run. RUN CHELSEA (7) comes here off a break of 12 weeks. Scored over 4½f at this track to launch the last campaign. Makes plenty of appeal. FRIENDLY SIZZLE (8) finished second over 5f at Dubbo at her most recent appearance on November 7. Looks a strong top-three prospect.
