MISS HIMALAYA (10) doesn't win out of turn but was in the finish last time when beaten a head into second over 6f27yards at Kyneton. Can run well again and take this out. ILIAD (8) bounced straight to the front from the rails draw and led until straightening before finishing fifth over 7f at Werribee last time out. Will take catching. GIVE SOME LIP (17) is a five-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Reece Goodwin stable. Hasn't raced since finishing ninth at Morphettville Parks four-and-a-half months ago. Ran fourth in a trial at Pakenham over 5f and looks well placed. Should feature in the finish. MISHIMA (2) was below his best last time when ninth over 5½f at Kerang, beaten 4 lengths. Finds a nice race and can bounce back.
