PHAROAH'S DAUGHTER (7) hasn't made an impression since resuming despite market confidence. Last start could only manage seventh over 7¼f at Kilmore. Likely improver who should be in the finish this time. EX MACHINA (5) sped across from a poor gate to lead last time over 1m2f at Kilmore but dropped out of it in the run home. Will find this a little easier than last time. Better placed this time and is a genuine threat. SLY CASCATA (6) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at Tocumwal. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 1m at Echuca, beaten 7 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. NINYO (9) is back at the races for the first time since September 4. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 1m at Seymour. Makes plenty of appeal.
