CLUX STAR (9) stepped out on her debut over 5f185yards at this track five weeks ago and finished fourth, beaten 4 lengths. Will have a lot more to offer this time. TRAPEZIUM (13) turned in a moderate effort on debut last start when sixth at Cranbourne over 5f, beaten 5.5 lengths. Capable of much more this time. SKELMORLIE (11) returns after four-and-a-half months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a tenth over 7f at Ballarat. Ran fourth in a recent trial at Pakenham Synthetic. Nicely placed and can figure in the finish.
