THE SPECIALIST (2) comes here off a last-start fifth, beaten 6 lengths, over 7f at this track. Race sets up well for him. KIA KAHA (3) finished fourth when resuming two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 5f at Vaal, beaten 2.5 lengths. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. GRAND CRESCENDO (1) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on 05/10/2024, finishing 12th and beaten 12 lengths over 7¼f in Group 2 class at Turffontein Inside. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Should give backers a sight.
