KING'S HALO (1) drew wide last time and was safely held when ninth over this track and trip. Can bounce back this time. NIPPA'S NIGHTCAP (3) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished second at Cairns two starts back then got the job done by a nose as public elect last time out over 7f at Cairns. Lacey Morrison scored on him last time and retains the mount. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. PRINCE AKEEM (8) hasn't been far away recently including last time out when third over 1m at this track. Has a win and five minor placings from nine starts at this track and distance. Not to be discounted.
