STATE Set Weights OMAN (7) is a genuine type with three minor placings from three starts this prep. 2.25 lengths from the winner in third last start over 5f at this track. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. LORD POWER (4) has been in the placings his past two starts, finishing second over 7f at Atherton last time out. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Sure to be in the finish. CULLIVEL (6) finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 5f at Atherton, beaten 4.5 lengths. Meets some better types this time but a big run is on the cards. IT'S BEEN A TREK (9) has not won for a long while. Last raced on July 15 when beaten 4 lengths into fifth at Cairns over 7f after being prominent until the final stages. Best figures measure up nicely. Can play a significant role.
