Continued the trend at the most recent appearance when runner-up over 7f at Rockhampton after he was in the firing line all the way. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. MONTEVECCHIO (4) is yet to break through in four runs. Finished ninth at his last appearance over 1m2f at Queanbeyan on January 11. Well placed on this occasion and gets his chance to break the ice. SEND THE MONEY (6) did well last time to finish third over 6f87yards at Emerald. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. Among the leading chances. ICE BLIZZARD (7) did her best work late and finished third last time over 6½f at Rockhampton when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 2.25 lengths. Nicely placed to fill a top-three spot again.
