REPLACE THE ACE (5) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5½f at Rockhampton, beaten 5.5 lengths. Won't find this as tough so he is a major player. BIG SHOOTER (2) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 4 lengths when fifth over 5½f at Rockhampton three-and-a-half weeks ago. Has the ability to take care of this field. GIGI FILLE (8) looks close to a win, finishing in the placings at her last couple of runs including a second most recently over 1m at Emerald when beaten 3.5 lengths. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Should give backers a sight.
