Justified the strong support last time and is expected to be in the finish again. LORD OF BISCAY (2) was a most impressive winner last time over 7f in the Provincial Championships Final at Randwick, scoring by 3 lengths. Goes well at this journey with four wins from 11 starts and looks a top chance. UZZIAH (7) started at 7/2 last time on the back of a win at Armidale two starts ago but was below his best, finishing 11th over 7½f at Muswellbrook after being in contention on the corner. Meeting a deeper field this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. TAVROS (8) returned from a lay-off last start with a modest fifth over 7f at Scone, beaten 2 lengths. Form at this circuit is impressive with three wins from five starts. Must be respected.
