MR ZEUS (7) showed promise on debut last time out when in the money over 7½f at Mornington, beaten 0.8 lengths. Has plenty of upside so he should pay to follow. EM SIXTY (5) is close to breaking through, last start finishing just half a length away in second over 7½f at Ballarat. Might have to give away a start from this draw. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. KINGSFORD (6) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 4.5 lengths when fifth over 1m at Ballarat four weeks ago. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. ALPINE COWGIRL (11) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 6 lengths away in seventh over 7f at Cranbourne. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
