LA ROSETTA (8) scored last start over 1m1f at this track making a total of 4 career wins out of 13 runs. Claim helps offset the weight rise and can measure up again. MELTDOWN (6) is racing very well and has two wins on end, most recently getting home by 1. 2 lengths over 7½f at Warwick. Will be handy despite the tricky draw. Will play a major role. DON'TCHA THINK (10) just missed last time out when second over 6¾f at Ipswich. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. One of the better chances. KURITHEA (13) won at Doomben two starts ago but was below her best at a more recent appearance, finishing seventh over 1m1f at Eagle Farm. Worth another chance.
