PEAR BELLINI (16) was never in contention when 6 lengths from the winner in eighth over 6½f at Kembla Grange last start, a less impressive effort than her seventh on debut at Canterbury the run before. Has the ability to find the winners' list. INTRUDER (5) finished 0.7 lengths away in sixth last time out over 6¾f at Doomben after being in contention on the bend two-and-a-half weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Expecting a bold showing. O'CALDINO (3) is a 10-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 1.75 lengths when fourth over 6½f at Gold Coast. Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat. RUGBY (4) was safely held when resuming last start over 7f at Warwick Farm, finishing eighth and beaten 7 lengths. Deserves another chance in this line up.
