MUSICS MY VICE (3) returns from a layoff of three-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 6f at Ruidoso Downs. Looks a winning chance. BLACK EYED BANDIT (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at this track, beaten 7 lengths into fourth. Likely improver with strong prospects. POOF HE'S GONE (6) did little and finished 7 lengths from the winner in fifth over 4½f at this track last start after being in contention on the corner, a less impressive effort than his fourth at Sunland Park the run before. Has the ability to find the winners' list. GOLDEN BAND (2) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 4½f at this track, beaten just one length. Nicely placed to maintain the form.
