AWESOME WALKER (6) kicked off this campaign with a win two runs ago. Not disgraced last time out when in contention on the turn before winding up in third over 4½f at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. CAYCEE'S MARK (7) was safely held last time when sixth over 6½f in stakes class at this track (Dirt) against a tougher field than this. Today's rider Luis Ramon Rodriguez has a decent record aboard this six-year-old mare so she is among the winning hopes. LIL MISS CASSIE (3) did a great job to score by 6 lengths over this course and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. Meets some better types this time but another big run is on the cards. SHAME ON CHARLOTTE (11) produced another moderate effort last start when 8 lengths from the winner in sixth over 3f213yards at this track. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
