STEWART (11) finished 7 lengths adrift in seventh last time at Yarra Valley in a disappointing performance. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. TRAK CHILLER (6) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish fifth, beaten 3. 5 lengths, over 5½f at this track. Well placed and should be tough to rein in. FINANCE SHOGUN (1) did little and finished 11 lengths from the winner in ninth over 5f185yards at Cranbourne last start, a less impressive effort than his when resuming sixth at Cranbourne the run before. This doesn't look as hard so he is set to turn things around. STELLA CANTANTE (7) didn't make an impact at her last run before going for a lay-off on September 14, finishing 11th and beaten 12 lengths over 1m at Kilmore. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
