THREE GRAND (7) was in the market when resuming but could only manage sixth over 5½f at Ararat last start. Usually performs well with that run under her belt. Has good early toe so she should be handy in the run. Will prove tough to beat. MAGIC BERTIE (1) finished fourth two runs back at Ballarat Synthetic then improved last time out to score by a long neck over 5f125yards at Kyneton. The engagement of Brad Rawiller is noteworthy. Likely to be there at the finish again. NUDGE 'EM ALONG (6) finished second last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 5f at Donald, beaten half a length. Nicely placed to take this out.
