HONNIBALL DRIVE (8) was well in the market on debut last time out and ran well but found one better over 5f at Gunnedah. Can get off the mark this time. HEAD KAHUNA (1) is going well with four minor placings from four starts this prep. Was prominent throughout and finished 1. 2 lengths from the winner in third at the latest outing over 5f at this track. Nicely placed to take this out. SPELLECAST (3) is a three-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 3. 5 lengths when eighth over 4½f at Newcastle. Will derive great benefit from that outing and deserves consideration. PARIAH CAREY (6) missed the placings on debut two starts back then ran a better race when she worked home well and finished 2. 25 lengths away in fourth last time out over 5f at Quirindi. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways.
