YUKAN ROSE (5) broke her maiden last start over 4½f at Newcastle when resuming, scoring by 1.75 lengths. Re-unites with Jean Van Overmeire who was on board last start. No reason she cannot get the job done again. SUNDAY BELL (12) was unwanted in betting when resuming last start but performed beyond expectations when beaten 1.4 lengths into fourth over 5f at Tamworth. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Sure to be in the finish. SPARKINGLY (6) recorded another minor placing last time out, finishing second over 5f at Parkes. Sure to be about the mark again. SOOBOOCO (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Muswellbrook, beaten 4 lengths into seventh. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
