STREET LARK (15) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 7f at Bendigo, beaten 2.25 lengths. Going up a level this time but she deserves plenty of thought. SHAALUTE (6) has scored at his last two starts, most recently by 3.5 lengths over 7f at Pakenham Synthetic as favourite. That continued the solid form this campaign, with three wins and two minor placings from eight starts. Sure to go well again. KASTUN STAR (14) was too good for a maiden field last start over 7½f at Mornington, scoring by 1.75 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Re-unites with Ethan Brown who was on board last start. Harder here but should be involved in the finish. SAXON SPOT (10) showed good early speed and raced just off the lead before lifting to score by a neck over 6f122yards at Geelong last start. Should give a great sight.
