LET IT BEEL (9) finished third, beaten 1.2 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6½f at Bendigo after he was in contention on the corner. Must raise the bar but a big run is on the cards. ENCHANTED JENNI (6) has been kept fresh since filling a minor placing at Bendigo over 1m six weeks ago. Looks to be ticking over nicely judging by a recent trial win at Cranbourne. Worth plenty of thought. NEGENTROPY (10) missed the placings on debut two starts back then ran a better race and finished 2.5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 7f27yards at Geelong. Facing a tougher assignment but he is capable of playing a big role.
