ROARING ENGINE (2) raced below his best last time when 11th over 1m4f at Bendigo, beaten 7 lengths. Tackling a more suitable race this time so he is sure to be prominent. PRISMATIC (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m4 1/2f at Flemington, beaten 5 lengths into fourth after being in contention on the turn. Beautifully placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. NISHINO CRESCENT (4) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 7 lengths away in tenth over 1m4f at Bendigo. Finds an easier assignment and can take this out. UPWOODS (12) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing third and beaten only a long neck over 1m4 1/2f at Cranbourne. Nicely placed to feature in the finish.
