ALPHABET (3) is back after a break of four months. At the last run before the layoff she finished fifth over 5f136yards at Geelong. Looks up to the mark following a trial win at Mornington. No surprise if she was able to get off the mark. NIMCHA (6) showed good early dash and raced on the speed at the first run back from a break last start before fading to finish 1. 5 lengths back in fourth over 5f at Mornington. Must be included among the main hopes. PEIRIANT (2) made late ground and finished third last time over 5f at Cranbourne, beaten 2. 5 lengths. Steps up a level but he is good enough to take this out.
