HEZDARNHOTTOO (5) finished sixth two runs back at Hawkesbury then improved last time out to score by 1. 75 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend over 6f at Caulfield. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. LIGHTNING GLORY (7) is a talented galloper who is unbeaten in three runs this time in, the latest at Scone over 6½f. Won at this distance last time and he is a top chance again. SANCTIFIED (12) has good form including a last start win over 6½f at Warwick Farm when kept coming. Tackles the same trip here and should be doing best work late. MIDNIGHT OPAL (1) finished eighth two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 6f at this track, beaten only one length. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort.
