SURF'S UP (6) found the line nicely last start to get up for third over 7f at Randwick. Backmarker who gets home hard. Leading contender. WAKU WAKU (9) scored when resuming at Wyong then finished 6 lengths away in tenth over 7f at Randwick. Strips fitter so a top-three finish is on the cards. LA BASILIQUE (4) has been freshened since finishing tenth over 5½f in the LR Denise's Joy Stakes at Scone. Fitness level should be good following a subsequent Rosehill trial. Should play a prominent role.
