That followed a good second the run before. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. SPEYCASTER (8) had been in sparkling form winning two races on end but missed the frame most recently when 11th over 1m2f at Randwick. Backmarker who gets home hard. Will prove tough to beat. Group 3 winner YOUTH SPIRIT (6) turned in a nice run when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Eagle Farm then missed the placings last time when 21 lengths from the winner in 12th over 1m2f at Randwick. Well placed and is among the leading players. TORRENS (4) finished midfield at his first run back from a lay-off last start, beaten 8 lengths over 1m2f in the LR Lord Mayor's Cup at Randwick in the wet at big odds. Should run well.
